1. Due to limited financial possibilities, the assistance is one-time. If applications are filled out by members of the same family living in the same house - they will be treated as one. If assistance is allocated, the money order will be processed for one person.
2. If you have applied for assistance repeatedly, unfortunately we will not be able to help you. A request from the same person is only posted once.
3. The amount allocated for help is between € 20 and € 200 (the transfer amount may be less than the amount indicated under the request, due to the interest taken off the donations for possible expenses).
4. Depending on the financial situation, a response with a decision can take from a few weeks to a month or more.
5. The money transfer can only be made in the name of the person who needs help.
6. We do not help with the purchase of any equipment, such as musical instruments, computer and other office equipment, furniture and so on. Also we do not provide assistance in paying debts, loans, legal fees and do not lend money. The main direction of our work is to support those who are in a critical situation and need funds to buy medicines, food, essentials, payment for medical services.
7. We are not engaged in sending any parcels.
8. We do not participate in fundraisers already announced on secular internet pages and TV and radio channels.
